I’m a Millennial With Classic Style—These 19 Free People Finds Are Speaking My Language

Who What Wear editor Allyson Payer.

Free People is one of the few brands I’ve had in my closet for well over a decade—truly. There are many brands I’ve outgrown over the years, but I still always find so many treasures at Free People even though I’m not in my early 20s anymore. The offerings have gotten better and better over the years. Trust me. I shop a lot.

When you think of Free People, there’s a good chance you don’t think of it outside of the casual, California-girl aesthetic that its campaigns and styling of its models captures so well. I wouldn’t say that aesthetic describes me (my style leans much more classic), but some of the most worn pieces in my closet are from Free People—I kid you not. I just spent a good chunk of time scrolling through the Free People offerings and selected 19 standouts that I’d buy in an instance, some of which I already own. Keep scrolling to shop these finds along with me and prepare to hear “Where’d you get that?” every time you wear them.
